Alma Kessler Obituary
BELTON - Mrs. Alma Sapp Kessler, 61, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2011, at St. Francis Hospital in Greenville, SC.
Mrs. Kessler was born in Savannah to the late Benjamin F. and Ruth Sapp. She and her husband had lived in Pooler for 26 years prior to moving to Belton. She had worked as a legal secretary for several firms and loved people, her animals, and enjoyed cooking.
Survivors include her husband, William "Bill" Kessler; sister, Bobbie Sapp Christiansen and her husband, Harry W. Christiansen; two nieces and one nephew.
Visitation: 5-7 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Graveside Funeral 2 p.m. on Friday at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery, 1336 Dean Forest Road, Garden City, GA 31408.

I had just found Alma on Facebook in the last few months. We went to HS together and lived around the corner. I am so sorry we had not kept in touch more. My heart and prayers are with you and your family.

Bobbie, it was such a sad shock to learn about Alma. Haven't seen or talked with her, or you either, for years but still remember her bubbly personality, which will be missed by many people.
