Seth Foster
ANDERSON - Seth Barton Foster, 53, of Chuckey, TN and Anderson, SC, died January 15, 2012.
Born November 11, 1958 in Moses Lake, WA, he was a graduate of Belton-Honea Path High School. He worked in the restaurant industry and was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Marie J. Foster Whitney and Larry Whitney of Chuckey, TN; grandmother, Tina Jordan of Chuckey, TN; two brothers, Nick Foster of Columbia and Jon Foster and wife, Amy of Charlotte, NC; two sisters, Tina Foster Asbury of Columbia and Patricia Foster Skelton and husband, Randall of Wake Forest, NC; step-brother, Patrick Whitney of Chuckey, TN; two step-sisters, Alexandra Whitney of Chuckey, TN and Barbara Rutherford and husband, Kenneth of Knoxville, TN; nieces, Courtni, Brittney, and Caitlin Foster, and Aaliyah Whitney; nephews, Jordan Foster, Blake and Daniel Skelton, and Mason Asbury; and a great niece, Kynlei Mya Carrigg.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas James Foster, Sr., and his grandparents, Robert and Pat Foster and J.T. "Slim" Jordan.
A memorial service will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, March 24, 2012 at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel, conducted by Rev. Dan Batson. A committal service will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the mortuary, 3205 North Highway 81, Anderson.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to April House, 502 East Franklin Street, Anderson, SC 29624.
