EASLEY SC - Valerie M. Blythe, 57, of 908 S. 5th Street, Easley SC, departed this life on Monday, January 3, 2011.
Services are 3:00 pm Saturday, January 8, 2011, at New Foundation Baptist Church, Easley SC. Visitation 2:00 - 3:00 pm at the Church. Interment Church Cemetery.
The family is at the home. THE UNITY MORTUARY of Anderson. Is in charge of arrangement.

Gene, Family and Friends,
It was my pleasure to have crossed paths with Valerie. We worked together for a short stint and I will always treasure the opportunity to have known her. She is someone whom you will never forget. Her personality was larger than life with a smile that was down right infectious. She was a blessing to so many patients. God used this beautiful lady to help so many people. I know she will be missed by many. She touched so many people in her life. I know she touched mine. All of my love to her family and friends. Valerie will always be a part of us. Until we meet again God will be holding this beautiful lady dear to His heart.

To Gene and the family,
I'm saddened that we lost Valerie here on this earth, but it's a blessing to know that she's with our Lord above and with no more suffering. I am truley blessed to have known Valerie. I always called her my work momma. She was honestly a true friend. I love and will always remember her sweet smile and that laugh of hers. She was awesome at her job as well as a wonderful friend to have. She could make me laugh if no one else could and she was always there to listen. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time that you all are going through. God Bless!
