Uncle Semon, Chris, and Tim...I so wish I could be there to say one last goodbye to my Aunt Catherine, she meant more to me than you will ever know. When I was little she taught me to love my long toes and fingers and then she introduced me to nail polish and lipstick. Living next door to you and surrounded by nothing but men and boys, Aunt Catherine always made sure I knew what it was to be pretty and feminine. But she also made sure that I did not let them push me around. That was important when you lived on Turkey Road! What a classy lady!!!! Aunt Catherine lives on in all of us who knew and loved her. I love you all very much.

Tim, I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. Having worked with you at Duke Power back in the late 1970's, it was (and is) quite clear your Mom (and Dad) raised you to be a great son. Thinking of you and your family during this sad time. -Ann (Boyer) Wright

Catherine Nabors was my confirmation sponsor at St. Joseph's Catholic church in Kannapolis, NC. She was my favorite sunday school teacher and always there for me with sage advice when I was a child. I loved her dearly and love her still. My love goes out to her family.
