Mr. Penninger Was one of the finest people I have ever known in my life A man of his word and a caring person He use to call me The Mediterranean Irishman

Norman was a good friend and a really fine Christian man who I had the pleasure of knowing for several years. He had a most enjoyable dry wit and many entertaining stories to share.
He had a perspective on life experiences that reflected a deep faith with keen common sense and humor. I have missed seeing him the past few years and will keep his family and friends in my prayers. He was a really special person who persevered through trials and was an example for those who knew him. Joe Dulaney
