Mildred Lee Cline Heglar

MOUNT PLEASANT - Mildred Lee Cline Heglar, 90, of 36225 Finger Road, Mount Pleasant, passed away Saturday, Aug. 18 2007, at Big Elm Retirement and Nursing Center. Funeral service will be Monday, Aug. 20, 2 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Concord, with the Rev. Mark Denton and the Rev. Mike McClellan officiating. Interment will be at Poplar Tent Presbyterian Church cemetery in Concord. The family will receive friends before the service on Monday, from 1 to 2 p.m. Mrs. Heglar was born Sept. 10, 1916, in Cabarrus County, to the late William Cline and the late Cora Bonds Cline. She was a homemaker and attended Salem United Methodist Church. She was a member of the Home Extension Club and a member of the 60 Club. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Heglar is preceded in death by her husband, James Frank Heglar. Surviving are son, Jimmy Heglar of the home; daughter, Janie Heglar Hensley and husband, Dwayne, of Huntersville; brother, Ray "Bud" Cline of Kannapolis; three sisters, Etta Myers, Susie Gray and Rachel Untz, all of Kannapolis; two grandchildren, Alan and Jeff Hensley; and one great-grandchild, Logan Hensley.
