Philip Joseph Heery Jr.

Philip 'Phil' Joseph Heery Jr., 87, of Calhoun Falls, husband of the late Pamela Louise Crittendon Heery, died September 10, 2024 at his son's residence in Greenwood. He was born July 17, 1937, in Mineola, NY to the late Philip Joseph Heery Sr. and Marie Heery.

Phil proudly served his country in the United States Army. He was a member of Calhoun Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church. Phil enjoyed golfing and working outside in the yard.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Pat Maggio and Margie Bagley.

Phil is survived by his son, Chad J. (Karen) Heery of Greenwood; daughter Allison Jackson of Abbeville; three grandchildren, Taylor Jackson (David Pfeiffer), Madison Heery and McKenzie Jackson and two great-granddaughters.

The family will receive friends 10:00AM-11:00AM, Thursday September 12, 2024, at Calhoun Falls Pentecostal Holiness Church. Funeral services will begin at 11:30AM in the church sanctuary with Rev. Stephen Miller officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Latimer Cemetery.
