Bruce,
You shocked us with your unexpected departure from this realm. I hope that Mom, Dad, Craig and all our loved ones who have already crossed over were able to ease your transition from this life . Your kids must be hurting, but they did an excellent job of making us feel welcome and with the Celebration of life that was held . I prayed that with God's grace that you were allowed into his heavenly Kingdom and that He helps the kids continue to thrive.
There were lots of people who loved you at the Celebration. You made them smile because of your sense of humor. Jim Barnes was eloquent in his impassioned discussion of your qualities and had us all in tears, but the hijinks of your rugby buddies provided laughter later. Renee Valet also made a brief appearance to commemorate your support of Che Valet and his cause. Henry helped by getting everyone's attention, which was appreciated. Jerry was instrumental in getting me back to Indiana to spend time with the family at you Service and Celebration. Jerry and I really enjoyed the time we spent with you in Indiana at Johnson Horse Park and the cruising the Nineveh, IN area in 2014 and again in Indianapolis, IN in 2017. We were hoping to spend more time with you this upcoming travel season. Our sisters, aunts and uncles were comforting. Jerry even found the costume jewelry you sent him to tease him about his participation with Pat in the spoof of the "White Christmas' Sisters" skit at the Grand Lake Schertz family reunion in Colorado. You certainly will be missed by all and I Love you.

Thinking of family at this time, especially Annette. Bruce was a great guy with a wonderful spirit of life. I remember him coming to a class reunion dressed in his 1970"s prom outfit. Put a smile on my face as he was truly "Bruce" and comfortable with who he was. So sorry for your loss but his memory's are a part of all of us.
