Chandler Combs Obituary
Chandler "Hopsing" Combs
76, died Monday 1-16-12. He retired from G.M. Truck and Bus Plant. Survivors include his wife, Janice Combs; daughters, Terrie Scolley and Tamie Lehr (Columbus, In); step children, Debbie Lathan (Plainfield), Becki Monday (Indpls.), Daniel Skinner (Mooresville); 9 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Darlene Combs, daughters, Linda Combs, Dora (Sam) Ransdell, and a stepson, Earl Skinner. Visitation will be held at Alpha Funeral Service, 3925 E. New York St. on Tuesday 1-24-12 from 4-6 p.m. Service at 6 p.m.
