On behalf of the Saint Bridget's Society & Friends of Indianapolis, Indiana, our sympathies are extended to Carol, Gene Jr., Keith, Frank and all the Boyd Family on the passing of Chris Ann.
I have personally known and been in touch with Chris Ann for over 52 years in this life. She has always truly been thought of by me as a "sister!" Many of our group's members have known her even longer. We all share in the family's loss of her moving on to the afterlife.
Words, however kind, can't mend your heartache. But, those of us who care and share your loss wish you all comfort and peace of mind, through the coming troubling days associated with her loss.
May all of you see God's light on the path ahead when the road you walk is dark. May you always hear, even in your hour of sorrow, the gentle singing of the lark. When times are hard may hardness never turn your heart to stone.
May you always remember when the shadows fall, you do not walk alone.
"Eternal rest grant unto Chris Ann Boyd, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen."

On behalf of the Société de Police - IPD Adam & Edward, our condolences to Eugene Boyd Jr. Sgt/IPD (Ret) and the Boyd family, on the untimely passing of his beloved sister, Chris Ann.
To Gene, Carol, Keith and Frankie these words of comfort: “There are stars who's light only reaches the earth long after they have fallen apart. There are people who's remembrance gives light in this world, long after they have passed away. This light shines in our darkest nights on the road we must follow.”
"Eternal rest grant unto Chris Ann Boyd, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace. Amen."

Frank Jr. and Family;
Chris will certainly be missed. What a great sister/ friend she has been to me.
These last few months Chris had truly been coming up on the rough side of the mountain. Through faith and encouragement from family and friends Chris stayed on the course of recovery until God said 'enough';come home.
Though our hearts are heavy ;we will hold fast to the memories
Until we meet again.
Love You My Dear Sister.
