Earl Cornwell Obituary
92, Indianapolis, passed away July 17, 2017. He was the founder of Earl's Auction and was a US Army veteran of WWII where he served in the South Pacific.
He was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church, Indiana Auctioneer Hall of Fame, 20 year member and past president of the Indiana Auction Commission, Indiana and National Auctioneers Association, Zionsville American Legion, Elks Lodge, 50 year member Mystic Tie Masonic Lodge, Indianapolis Scottish Rite, and Murat Temple Shrine.
He was preceded in death by his wife Grace Cornwell and son Jack Cornwell. Survivors include son Earl Cornwell Jr.; daughter Tammy Caito; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, July 27 at the Bethesda Baptist Church, with funeral services there at 10 a.m. Friday, July 28. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Indianapolis.
