Ernest was such a wonderful, caring, loving man. I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to call him my colleague and friend.
Ernest was a true leader and he led by example. He possessed a very strong work ethic that he expected others to strive for, as well. In the business world, Ernest was extremely good at what he did and he was always willing to share his knowledge with others and help build them up to succeed.
Ernest's playful demeanor kept everyone around him smiling and showed us that life should be fun. No matter the situation, he could tell you a story or make a joke and I know he was responsible for about a million belly laughs. He was truly a joy to be around.
But, the very most important thing he showed us was how to love. It was evident in every single interaction how very much he loved his family. His eyes absolutely sparkled when he often shared stories of his beautiful wife and children.
I will cherish every single memory I have of the years I spent working with this bright light of a man. And, I will honor his memory by striving to work hard, laugh often and love fiercely as he showed us all to do.
My love and condolences to his beloved family and to everyone who will be feeling his loss. I truly believe we are all better for having for having had the great fortune of knowing this amazing man.
Love,

Dear Friend...
I celebrate you and your time on this earth and am ever so thankful our paths crossed and look forward to the day when they cross again.
I saw Ernest as one of the mightiest of lifters that I've ever known. While we know he could lift any weight that was put in front of him, physical or otherwise, he was one of the mightiest lifters of hearts and spirits. I'm not talking about once or twice a day.... God, I saw this man lifting dozens of hearts EVERY day, day in and day out for as long as I worked with him.
Whenever he spoke, people 50 yards away could here his kind voice projecting whatever accolades, guidance or anecdote he was sharing because his sole mission was to lift, motivate and to show us all the light in his heart every day.
If we're lucky, during a lifetime we may meet a handful of people we consider Giants Among Men from there deeds. Ernest is one of those men I recognize and lift up. Anyone who has this man as their Guardian Angel is truly blessed.
God Bless Ernest & Family and all of Us Lucky enough to had the opportunity to meet this Gentle Giant.

Ernest was such a wonderful and kind person. I met Ernest while working downtown at Gannett, he always had a smile on his face. To his family, my heart goes out to you as I know this is truly a difficult time. May God continue to bless and keep you. Hold on to your memories- he will always hold that special place in your heart. My prayer for you is you will find comfort knowing he is still watching over you. Rest peacefully my friend, you will be missed.

E . Moss was truly one of a kind and an incredible person. He was more than a colleague, more than friend... He was family to me. Moss had a heart of gold and was one of the funniest people I have ever known.
What I'll remember most is the passion and love that he had for his wife and children. I have not known many men that have championed their family the way Ernest did.
Peace, Love & Prayers to the Moss Family. Though I can never ease the pain of your journey, just know you'll never be in the journey alone. Much love.
