Bill was also a premier rabbit hunter. Often he would exit the school bus from Perry Central just in time to don his shotgun. In fact it was on that same bus that I first met Bill. I will never forget that first handshake. I have a firm handshake...Bill's handshake was incomparably vise like. Bill became my college roommate and a lifelong friend. Go with God, Bill.
