Jacqueline Teresa, Brown Bootz 57, Indianapolis, died January 18, 2004. She was born June 17, 1946 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a receptionist for Culligans for 5 years, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Christian Faith Centre and a current Business Student at Ivy Tech. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 22 at Christian Faith Centre, 5601 E. 56th Street. Calling: 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, January 21 at Legacy Funeral Alternatives at Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be given to the Church Building Fund. Survivors include her husband, Richard P. Bootz; sons, Mark A., Matthew A., and Jonathan Bootz; son-in-law Richard Kent; daughters, Sarah Kent and Lydia Bootz; mother Florence Brown (Wagner); sister Brenda Adad; sister-in-law Barb Arvello; brother James; grandchildren: Natalie Kent, Jacqueline Kent, Aaron Bootz and Cierra Bootz; and her aunt Eleanor Meldrum.
