Laura N. Rittenberry

Laura Nell Rittenberry 74, passed away Friday Dec. 18, 2009 in Indianapolis. She was born Oct. 8, 1935 in Edmonton, KY to Porter and Elvira (England) Smith, who preceded her death. She was a homemaker, and she married Fred Rittenberry, December 21, 1952. He survives, along with their children; son, Fred Jr. (Beverly); daughters, Becky (Cary) Smith and Sandy (Casey) Kosior; brothers, Maxie, James, George, and Paul Smith, as well as sisters, Aline Mitchell, Irene Allen, and Sue Vibert; 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Monday from 4 to 8:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, Greenwood, with services at the funeral home on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
