She enjoyed gardening, especially her flowers, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her Daughters: Judy (James) Simmons, Frances (Scott) Hensley, and Ruby (Charlie) Richardson
Sons: William Virgil Rittenberry, Steve (Linda) Rittenberry, and Everette Glen Rittenberry
Brothers: Fred Underwood, Harold (Iris) Underwood, and Kenneth Underwood
12 Grandchildren: Katherine Hensley, Jessica Baker, Chad Richardson, Serena Richardson, Betty Sue Simmons, Kenneth Simmons, Dewayne Rittenberry, Danny Rittenberry, Tammy Rittenberry, Tommy Rittenberry, Kelsey Miles, and Olivia Jensen
and a host of Great-Grandchildren
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, December 12, 2025 in the Chapel of Hunter Funeral Home with burial in the Smiths Chapel Cemetery in the Bangham community of Putnam County. Bro. Ronnie Taylor will officiate the service.
Jonathan Binkley, Chad Richardson, Danny Rittenberry, Tommy Rittenberry, Dewayne Rittenberry, and Kenneth Simmons will serve as Pallbearers.
