Even when I was in high school, Lois always spoke to me as she would an adult, never patronizing or prying. She maintained a true interest in others, even as she faced the difficulties of aging--a very kind and generous person.

Your parents were the first ones to greet me when I moved to Grayson Drive in Indianapolis. They were both very special people. I still think of them and how they were always smiling.
