Lucinda Moore Obituary

Lucinda "Cindy" Moore 57, of Greenfield passed through the Gates of Heaven after a lengthy battle with multiple myeloma. She was born August 2, 1948 to the late William H. and Idella (Haggerty) Morse. Cindy was a floral designer for Dick Baker Florist for almost 20 years. She was a member of the Fortville Christian Church and was a volunteer at The Christian Retirement Center in Zionsville for many years. Cindy loved her family and friends, plants, animals (especially horses) and loved to dance. She was a great fan of Southwest art and western wear. Cindy is survived by her loving husband of nearly 40 years, Steve; son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Caroline Moore of Longmont, CO; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jim and Judy Morse of Anderson; Bruce and Sue Morse of Fortville; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dave and Barb Moore of Sheridan; Doug and Cyndie Moore of Noblesville; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lloyd and Bernice Moore of Fishers; several nieces, nephews and loving family members and friends. Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Seals Funeral Home, Fortville. Friends may call on Tuesday, March 28, 2006 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitors are encouraged to wear their "jeans and boots" or casual attire. Burial will be at Gravel Lawn Cemetery, Fortville. Memorial contributions may be made to IU School of Medicine Office of Gift Development for Miles for Myeloma 1110 W. Michigan St., LO 506 Indianapolis, IN 46202-5100.
