Dear Shikany Family, I have wonderful memories of Michael and the entire Shikany Family. All of the neighbors on Downey Street were like one big family and watched out for each other and took care of each other. They were especially close to the Clifford family and many of them are now together again. Michael was a wonderful man, sometimes a bit outspoken, but he had a great heart and a great smile. I will miss him. My prayers are with all of you.

So Sorry to hear of Mike's passing. I worked with Mike at Indiana Surgical for many years. Such a good man. He was always ready to help customers and take control when needed. He was a good friend to our family.

Dear Shikany Family,
This is such a sad time, and our hearts go out to you. I am glad that we have many happy memories of times spent with your family. Your Dad never failed to make us smile, lift us up and really just show so much interest and concern about how we were doing. And he also never failed to call us out when he fell asleep in front of the TV and we switched it over to MTV! "Girls, I was watchin' that!!"
Love you all,
Janie

Dear Aunt Pauline, Paul, Marie, and Paula, I'm sending my heartfelt sympathy to you. I loved my Uncle so much even though I didn't stay in touch as I should've. He was a wonderful person and so much fun. I have fond memories of when you all would come and stay at Willard Ave. I felt bad when they ended after my mom passed. I wished I could've been more available to you when you would stop in MC but I'm glad I had the chance to have lunch with you on your way to Chicago that one day. I enjoyed that so much. I pray God brings you all comfort and that you know that he is in heaven watching over all of us. God bless you all and I'll see you soon. Love, Mariam
