Robert LaBrecque Obituary

Robert L. LaBrecque 85, Indianapolis, passed away April 22, 2007. He was born October 1, 1921 in Valparaiso to Wilfred and Eliza LaBrecque. Robert served in the Air Force during WWII. He was a Senior Account Agent at Allstate for 38 years. Robert was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Monsignor Downey Council and the VFW. Robert was a volunteer for St. Vincent de Paul. Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Loretta M. LaBrecque; children, Jeanne M. LaBrecque, Susan E. Hall, Robert A. LaBrecque, Barbara A. Spurgeon, and James D. LaBrecque; sister, Rosemary Charpentier; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. Prayers will be held at 10:15 a.m. Friday, April 27 at G. H. Herrmann Madison Ave. Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. at St. Roch Catholic Church. Calling will be from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, April 26 in the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul, P.O. Box 19133, Indianapolis, IN 46219.
