Steven Bojrab Obituary

Steven L. Bojrab, M.D. 50, Carmel, IN, passed away Sunday, April 11, 2004. Dr. Bojrab was born on December 31, 1953 in Ft. Wayne, IN to Peter D. and Mabel Koury Bojrab. Dr. Bojrab was a 1981 graduate of Indiana University Medical School and a Psychiatrist with Indiana Health Group. He was a member of Carmel United Methodist Church, Marion County Medical Society, Indiana State Medical Society, American Medical Society, American Psychiatric Society and a Board member of the American Psychiatric Association Foundation. Dr. Bojrab was also a member of South Gate Masonic Lodge 731, F. & A.M., Scottish Rite Valley of Ft. Wayne and Mizpah Shrine. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, April 14 in Carmel United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. Friends may visit with the family Tuesday, April 13 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. in Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center - Carmel, and in the church one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Entombment will be in Hamilton Memorial Park. Dr. Bojrab is survived by his wife of 28 years Deborah K. Miller Bojrab; son Brandon L. Bojrab; brothers Peter R. (Karen) Bojrab and Dr. Lou D. (Joetta) Bojrab. Memorial contributions may be made to Indiana Blood and Marrow Transplantation, LLC.
