Thomas Blankman Obituary
66, joined his father, mother, and sister in Heaven April 27, 2016. Although he did not have a career, throughout his life he was the provider of laughter, the teacher of joy, the light of the family, and the recipient of generosity and compassion. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his nephew and nieces, Earle Benton Tackitt IV, Carmen Tackitt, Jennifer Tackitt-Dorfmeyer, Preston Dorfmeyer, Amy Tackitt-Benkert and Aaron Benkert; as well as eight great-nieces.
A celebration will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. in Daniel F. O'Riley Funeral Home, 6107 S. East Street (US Hwy 31 South), Indianapolis, IN 46227. I remember Tommy as funny man who love tell his jokes [his knock knock jokes & "Curly" impression was great] . He made me laugh while being with him. Although he constantly argued with his roommate [ Barry] @ DePaul , they were the perfect odd couple. They care for each other. But most of all, he love [ care] his family...

Tommy was a friend to all. He was sweet,caring, and funny! He always had a Three Stooges quote or joke to tell me every day. He loved to laugh! He will be deeply missed by all that knew him.

Tommy was a fun loving man who brightened everyone day, everyone who met him was touched in some way, he had a heart of gold! He will be missed.
