Dr. Thomas Breitweiser

Dr. Thomas D. Breitweiser 69 of Madison, Indiana a retired radiologist for Northwest Radiology in Indianapolis, died Saturday, May 15, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Lynda Jae; his daughter, Beth A. Breitweiser DVM and his son, David A. Breitweiser MD. Family and friends will gather on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at The Eleutherian College, 6927 W. State Road 250 in Lancaster, Indiana, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., everyone is invited as we remember the contributions of a life well lived. Private interment service was held at the Fairmount Cemetery in Madison, Indiana, presided by Michael Ryan, MD, with military honors conducted by the Great Lakes Naval Ceremonial Unit and Jefferson Post 9, of the American Legion. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Historic Eleutherian College or Save The Valley.
