ALBERT PICCONE Obituary
ALBERT A., February 3, 2011, age 90. Husband of 32 years to Elizabeth (nee Scarpato) and the late Ann Marie (nee Nardello); beloved father of Dr. Dennis (Susan) and Dr. Bruce (Melanie); stepfather of Kim Longo; also survived by one sister, Gloria Mascitelli; 4 grand-children, Courtney Piccone, Alycia Pietrini, Dennis Piccone Jr. and Christina Piccone; and one great grandchild, Ava Marie Pietrini. Albert was the owner operator of Nardello Fuels of So. Phila. for over 50 years. He was a Veteran of WWII Armed Forces, serving several campaigns in France. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Viewing Monday, 8:30 to 10 A.M., from St. Rita of Cascia Church, 1166 S. Broad St., Phila. Funeral Mass will begin 10 A.M. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, DelCo.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the entire Piccone family. Whether we have our parent for a long time or a short time the tears are the same. The hurt runs deep either way. We never had the honor to meet Mr. Piccone, but a true testament of a man is his children. Knowing Dr. Dennis Piccone and his family is a blessing. All we can say is JOB WELL DONE ALBERT, rest in peace.

My deepest sympathies for your loss. Mr. Piccone was a fine & outstanding gentlemen, whom would go the extra mile and was a person who always wore his heart on his sleeve. In which I would always be grateful, for giving me a chance to work for him.

Our deepest sympathy to the entire Piccone Family. We had the pleasure to meet Albert at his son and daughter-in-law's wedding a few years ago. He was a vibrant man who definetely left a lasting impression. I am certain that he will remain in your hearts forever.
