I am so very sorry to read this obituary. We were friends many many years ago and Andy was certainly a man to be admired. My deepest sympathies to Sandy and family! Selma Spivack

Andy was an outstanding educator and mentor to the many podiatric surgeons he trained. I was his first fellow at Parkview Hospital. This is us circa 1975. He will be missed and always remembered as a master teacher and mentor.
