Age 34, of Philadelphia PA, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017. He is predeceased by his father, Matthew and survived by his mother, Joyce; 7 siblings; his son, Ashton James Bagley, and a large extended family.
Memorial Service Saturday, June 3rd, at 11 A.M., WEST LAUREL HILL FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 225 Belmont Ave., Bala Cynwyd
PA. Memorial contributions in Anthony's name may be made to Habitat for Humanity.

MY MOM AND I MET DR.EUBANKS AT ST. JOSE HOSPITAL THREE YEARS AGO. HE WAS THE REASON AND THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CARE HE PROVIDED TO MY MOM. VERY DEDICATED AND PASSIONATE AND WE WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL FOR HIS CARING, PATIENT SPIRIT.

Anthony was a great man, and he will be missed deeply by people he probably didn't even realize he influenced. I will miss our long philosophical conversations about everything under the sun as well as his eccentricities. I hate that he didn't get an opportunity to show the world everything he had to offer.
