My 1st boss!! Such a wonderful kind man who taught me a lot about the working world back when I was only 18. I think of him often with a smile. RIP Mr. Pepe until we meet again in that Fiscal world in the sky.

Rose, I was very sorry to hear of Bud's passing. My brother Mike notified me. Bud and I played tennis years ago at the courts in Willow Grove and we also played golf together. He would come to our golf events on Good Friday and Black Friday and we always looked forward to seeing him. My prayers are with you and your family. Bob Gettis

Rose and Family,
My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family at this time. I had the pleasure of working for Bud for over 20 years and will be ever thankful for what he taught me about healthcare finances during the time I worked for him at Frankford Health Care System. Bud was a professional and a mentor to a young guy just starting his career.
