Where do I start .... My whole life I looked at you as a mother, from when I was a baby and you used to walk around singing Bon job and u2 all day. When I started growing we would sit in your living room on the second floor and you'd tell me to go get Reese's out of your mini fridge and we would sit and watch your soaps and talk shows. There was even that time you got sick and weren't able to go to see u2 and you called me and said lawnie, you want to go I can't and the seats are close enough to see Bonos sweat and that was my very first concert ever . You called me the next day so I could tell you all about it and you were so mad but glad I went You taught me how to drive and gave me my first car. That Pontiac grand am that every time I sat in, all I smelled was obsession by Calvin Klein lol it was a permanent air frenshner. You were everything to me and even tho a few years went by when we didn't speak recently when I finally was able to see you and hear your laugh it was like we never stopped. I wish I could have gotten to see your smile and hear you're voice More , aunt Barb you are the most amazing woman I've ever known and being your niece and goddaughter was an honor, they broke the mold when they made you and I will forever be great full for every memory. I bought a bottle of obsession just to have the smell around and I will listen to Bono and u2 and always remember how happy listening to him made you . I love you more than anything in the world I just wish I could have told you so before you left us . I look forward to seeing you again one day . Goodbye aunt Barbara you will forever be missed.

'I don't know what I'd do without my Little Bitty' are the last words you said to me, and it breaks my heart because I responded, 'I don't know what I' do without my Bawba'. Never thinking I'd have to live my life without you. My beautiful Aunt Barbara, my second mother, my best friend. I hope you are happier wherever you are now. Going into your house rivets me because you are no longer there in the flesh, I know you are in spirit. I am torn apart knowing that I will no longer be able to call your phone and have you answer, 'Aunt Barb?' 'Yeah honey!'. I can't take a break from my life and hang out at your house with you and mommom for a few days anymore. You were there for me WHENEVER I needed something. No more singing Barbara Ann by the Beach Boys to annoy you, no more new memories. I'm so thankful for the memories that you gave me, and all of the joy you gifted me all 21 years of my life. I will cherish them forever. I dread thinking about what the Holidays will be like without you. I am so beyond lucky and honored that I was your niece, and that I got to be as close to you as I was. I am so proud to call you my Aunt and Godmother. I long to feel one of your hugs and kisses right now. I will love and miss you everyday. I will talk to you everyday in my head, and I promise there is not going to be a day that goes by where I don't think about all of the happiness you gave to me. I wish I could give it back to you. I love you, I love you, I love you.

I still can't believe this. You were a second mom to me and the greatest aunt I could ever ask for. Living the rest of my life without being able to see you every single day is going to be beyond hard for me. Knowing that I will never hear you call me your "little Molita" again breaks my heart into a million pieces. You were a huge part of my life and without you here I feel empty and distraught but you will always live on in my heart. Not one day will go by where I don't shed a tear or think of you but I'm gonna live my life to the fullest and succeed at everything my heart desires because I know that's exactly what you'd want to see. I'm sure gonna miss the days of us binge watching Family Feud and Doctor Phil (your favorite.) and eating our favorite snacks (popcorn and Dove peanut butter chocolates) I love you so much my Aunt Barbie Doll xoxoxo Please watch after me every single day. And as we always used to say as a greeting and a goodbye (thanks to our favorite inside joke): "There go Bawba!!!" ...Until the day we meet again. I love you.
