BARBARA, ESQ. (nee Malett), December 6, 2013 of Elkins Park. Wife of Howard Weitz, MD. Mother of Aaron, Benjamin and Hannah Weitz; sister of Sheldon (Tina) Malett. Relatives and friends are invited Sunday to Cong. Adath Jeshurun, 7763 Old York Road, Elkins Park beginning at 12:15 P.M. where Funeral Services will begin promptly at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow at Montefiore Cem. Shiva will be observed at her late residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to Mission Kids, Child Advocacy Center of Montgomery County, P.O. Box 413, Blue Bell, PA. 19422.

My Dear Howard, I just learned today of Barbara's passing. We were in Mexico from the middle of December until 2 weeks ago and did not know.
I am so sorry for your loss. Barbara was a great person, a loving wife and a wonderful mother. Barbara, you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. Please call on me if there is anything I can do.

Dr.Howard Weitz and family.My sincere condolences to you and your children on the passing of Barbara.I will never forget all the kindness,generosity and care that she provided my mother by visiting her every week for many years.I vividly remember her even insisting on accompanying my mother and me to the skin cancer surgeon.My mother, who is still in a nursing home was saddened by her loss.
