Barry and I met in 1987 right after the death of my father and ex husband. It was a devastating time in my life and Barry was more than understanding. We were together for two years but it was not meant to be. He was brilliant and a devoted father to Amy and Betsy. I just learned of his death today and I am in shock. His contribution to engineering was and will always be incomparable. He is buried across from both my patents. My heart goes out to his wife and family.

Barry was dear friend of mine. I called him my brother. I only learned of his death after his funeral. Barry was a warm, loving, funny, , intelligent man. Perhaps someday he will "invent" a way to come back to us. Love you & miss you Barry.

I only just learned of Barry's passing this past hour. My heartfelt condolences to you, his family, for your incredible loss. I worked with Barry for many years at Air-Shields and we kept in touch. My granddaughter and I ran into him many times at his mens' breakfast get-together at Perkins when she was little, and he'd spent time at our table making her laugh. I loved him and will miss him.

To the Barsky family: We are extremely sorry for the loss of your husband, father and step-father, Barry. He was our cousin (Judith and Fredda Jenofsky) and we have many memories of sharing good times with him and Iris when we were kids. His parents were 1st cousins to our mother (Vera Charney Jenofsky). We still remember when the family moved to President Street. I am sure all will remember him and his infectious smile.
