CARMELA (nee Fedele), 86, a lifelong resident of Collingdale, on January 23, 2009. Wife of Anthony DeVito and the late Frank Basil; mother of Frank P. Basil Jr. (Judy), Pamela Wright (Richard) and Cathie Ramos (the late Larry); sister of Vera DeArmond and the late Alex Fedele; three grandchildren Lori Glancey, Jeanne Friel and Laren Ramos and her great grandson Michael Glancey. Visitation Wednesday 6:30-9P.M. at THE CAVANAGH FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 301 Chester Pike, Norwood and Thursday at the Church of St. Eugene, 200 S. Oak Ave., Primos, PA 19018 from 10 A.M. until her Mass at 11 A.M. Int. Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon
