To the Ciluffo & DeLaurentis Families, I offer my deepest condolences. Cathy was a shining star, and graced us with sunshine each and every day at La Salle. She set the example for leadership and excellence, and raised the bar for those who followed her. Her memory continues to live on in our hearts. From myself, and all of La Salle's Resident Student Association Alums, may God comfort you in this time of grief, and allow you to see Cathy's new sunshine from above, and be with you always.

My sincerest condolences go out to Kathy's family. She was a leader and a role model. I was lucky to have Kathy as a friend and classmate through both high school and college. My heart is filled with sadness, but I can't help but smile when I think of Kathy. That's just who she was... she brought joy to all who knew her. She cherished life, her family and her friends and will be dearly missed and forever remembered. My thoughts and prayers are with John and the Cilluffo family.

To a great friend, Kathy: We still cannot believe that you were taken from us so early in life. We were very fortunate to have been blessed with your friendship. Your smile and the positive attitude and outlook you had on life were an inspiration to all and will always be remembered. You will, without a doubt, hold a very special place in our hearts. Some personal memories that will never be forgotten include the Vegas trip (i.e. the “Dam” tour and the Rio dinner), the “theme” parties at your apartment, the game nights, the dinner dates at various unique restaurants, and the chats we use to have at your “cube”. Basically, we will take with us all the good times that we had together. You will be greatly missed by everyone. In our hearts, you will be honored with the ultimate M.A.D. award because YOU did Make A Difference in every life that you touched. A piece of you will be carried on by all of us forever in our hearts. We will miss you very much and think of you often! We love you!
Friends Forever,
Steve and Rebecca

As a long-time member of La Salle's community, it saddens me to hear of Cathy's struggle. She gave so much to the University and its students. Students who pass this way don't often think of how much they leave behind for those of us who work here...Cathy did just that. May God bless her with peace.
