CLIFFORD UMSTEAD Obituary
CLIFFORD "GARY" UMSTEAD, formerly of Philadelphia, passed on January 19, 2012. He was devoted to his loving wife of 54 years, Dorothy A. Umstead (nee Peters.) He is survived by his four children and his eight grandchildren. He worked at Whiting Patterson Company in Philadelphia. The family will be receiving visitors at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 601 Delp Rd., Lancaster, PA 17601 on Saturday January 21st at 12 P.M. A Memorial Mass will follow at 1 P.M. Internment Private. Contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301 Attn: Gift Processing.

Heaven has gained a gentle and loving man. He will be missed on earth but he has left behind a wonderful legacy. Dotsy, Denise, Joanne, Gary, Danny and families my prayers are with you. Your father was a lovely man and I am so happy we got to see him a few weeks back.

I have wonderful memories of my cousin Gary...the backyard picnics, the family weddings and the family reunions and all the laughter and smiles that filled those days. I will miss him.
