DAVID WILLIAM, on Aug. 13, 2010 in Willow Grove, age 65, of Darby, PA. Born to Joseph W. Donovan, now deceased and Frances E. Donovan. He was raised in Havertown and graduated from Haverford High School in 1962 where he played football, wrestling and tennis. He graduated from Penn State in 1966 with a BA in Sociology. On April 2, 1966 he married his sweetheart, Jeanne L. (nee Guenther) Donovan, now deceased. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War from 1966-68 and was on standby reserve from 1971-72. He received his law degree from Temple Univ. in 1971. Dave and Jeanne settled in Havertown with their 3 children where he worked for his father's company, Joseph W. Donovan & Sons for many years. Dave was a longtime Beatles fan and enjoyed collecting stamps. In addition to being survived by his mother, Frances E. Donovan he is survived by his children, Tiffany D. Aceto (Bob), Courtney E. Reimold (Dave) and Sean W. Donovan, sister Dale Donovan, brothers Doug (Damar) and Dean (Rhonda) Donovan; also survived by 6 grandchildren, David, Jacob and Lauren Reimold and Zachary, Allison and Gabrielle Aceto, his aunt Audrey Wilson, Astromelia Donovan and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Graveside Service Friday 11 A.M. at the Philadelphia Memorial Park, 124 Phoenixville Pk, Frazer, PA 19355. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Paralyzed Veterans of America, 801 18th St., NW, Washington, DC 20006-3517 or online at www.pva.org.
