I was David's college roommate when we lived off campus in our senior year. I am sorry that we did not keep in touch over the years but he was a good person, fun and optimistic. I am sorry to hear of his death and express my sympathy to his family. After reading the warm comments that his friends have made it is obvious that he didn't change much over the years-a good thing. Peace to him and his family.

We always called each other "Big guy or Duke". We had some incredible times together at the world renowned "Oser Industries" in Hollywood Florida.
Then we moved to Philly, each going our own way, but we always kept in touch with stupid jokes via email and of course your annual letter. We would read how your little girls grew into fine young woman, and you would review the year. Man I'm going to miss you "Big Guy"! See you on the other side!
Love Ya!

To David's Family,
We wish you our condolences. I was glad to know David initially on a professional level (having sold one home for us and bought another), and more recently as a friend. He was a good man, one of wit, intelligence, and most important, of integrity.
Our thoughts are with you,

David helped our family find a rental when we moved into the area less than a year ago. We had just about 2 days to do it and it was a few weeks before school started so the inventory was very low. Not only was he extremely helpful to us in finding the rental, he went out of his way to show us around the new community, giving us maps with supermarkets highlighted, driving us by all the important places and just being an all around mentsch. We will miss seeing him at AI, he was always there whenever our family was there. Our heartfelt condolences at this most sad time. May you find some comfort knowing how beloved a man he was to all.

Our sincerest condolences to the Oser family. He will be sadly missed. David was highly recommended to me by his good neighbor Lee Kirschner. He was no doubt a wonderful and a conscientious real estate agent. He accomplished what two other agents were unable to do in 11 months. He found us a buyer for our former residence within two weeks after he placed it in the MLS. He was also very helpful, resourceful and very accommodating to the Mrs and I in finding our current home. I haven't seen him in a long time. Then in early July, I was fortunate to have seen him pull out of his driveway. I honked the horn at him, he pulled over and we had a nice brief chat. He looked great. It's hard to imagine David is no longer with us. It is a sad loss indeed. He may be gone, but never will he forgotten.
