I was a student of Dr. Rabeeya in the 1970s at Bryn Mawr College. He was a superb teacher, particularly because he taught, not only from his brilliant mind, but also from his heart. May he long be remembered for his goodness.

Memory eternal! I was a student of Professor Rabeeya at Bryn Mawr in the 1980s. He was one of my favorite professors. I sometimes babysat his young children.

Dear Friends and Family of Professor Rabeeya ~ I am honored to have been a student of this most brilliant and enthusiastic scholar teacher while I was at the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College. I was also a student of Dr. Rabeeya, forty years ago now. A mind-opening teacher and wonderful person. I always picture him running into and out of the building on the BMC campus where he taught. I am so sorry for your family´s loss.

I taught with and learned from Dr. Rabeeya. He was truly a mensch. My favorite memory is accompanying him on guitar as he sang his beautiful poetry. The world lost a very bright light.
