ELIZABETH FURMANIAK Obituary

FURMANIAK
ELIZABETH (Klodarska), age 95, of Havertown, died Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Darby PA. Elizabeth was born in Philadel-phia PA, and attended Sacred Heart Elementary School and a 1935 graduate of Marple Newtown High School. She was a Bookkeeper at Baltz & West in Ardmore for more than 50 years until her retirement in 2005.
She was a lifetime parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Manoa PA. Elizabeth enjoyed gardening, sewing and listening to music. She was devoted to her family and home.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Piorkowska) Klodarska. She was the wife of the late Benjamin Furmaniak who died in 1954. She was the sister of the late Helen, Josephine and Edward Klodarska.
Survived by 3 sons, Edward Furmaniak and his wife Peggy of Media PA, Frederick Furmaniak and his wife Jean of Pipersville PA and Thomas Furmaniak and his wife Patricia of Ambler PA; sister, Mary Klodarska; 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral
Mass Tuesday, 11 A.M., Sacred Heart Church, 105 Wilson Ave., Manoa PA 19083. Visitation Monday, from 7 to 9 P.M., and Tuesday, after 9:30 A.M., at MINSHALL-SHROPSHIRE-BLEYLER FUNERAL HOME, Middletown (Route 352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media PA 19063. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Conshohocken. Memorial donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church at the above address.
