Dear Janet & Family,
Our deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved Elva. The memorial service was lovely. We are sorry we were unable to stay for the refreshments afterwards. We served on the Temple Board with Elva for many years,. She was always very kind to us. When Elva was chairperson of the Thrift Sales, she always put aside items her colleagues/fellow board members might find useful. She always saved Jewish books for us (Alan is TES Librarian). The TES Library is richer because of her thoughtfulness and kindness. She also saved all paperback books for us after the sale. We used them to trade for other books the library could use. We will always remember her with warmth and love. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love,
Ellen & Alan
