I had the good fortune to work with Emmett in the U. S. Mint's Police Division. A real gentleman with a sense on humor & great logic.
He was missed by many then he and will be missed again in his final retirement.

To a good Port Richmond family; many of us are thinking and praying for you at this special time. Many nice thoughts of the goodness of your Father and the character in how he lived his life are being shared among us. Be proud.
