Felicia~
I thought of your Dad the first thing yesterday morning on his birthday, and I so missed the opportunity to wish him a Happy Birthday in return for the endless number of texts that he wrote to me on special occasions. Your Dad was one of the kindest, most thoughtful gentleman this world has ever known. He only had kind words to say. I´m certain that you and your family miss him every day, and especially on days that there was a little extra reason to give him your love, on his birthday and on Father's Day. His legacy endures-both in your family and in the hearts of the countless people whose lives were impacted forever by his heartfelt acts of kindness. ~Diane

Just learned of Frank's passing today, his birthday. We knew each other from rugby at the Polo Field. It's been years since we saw each other, but I have fond memories of him - what a nice man.

Felicia, this is John Michael Sherwood, Frank's cousin. I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. When I did not get an acknowledgment of my email telling him that my first great son had been born last week I found the obituary. We prayed for the repose f his soul at mass today. He and your family are in my prayers. You can reach me at304-279-3680or jmsctwvfrontiernet.net.God Bless, John

I´m sending condolences on your profound loss. I first met Frank when he was a regular customer at my father´s store, Suburban Hardware. We developed a bond and most recently he followed my news on social media. He was a man of great character, an unforgettable friend

I´m so sad to hear about the passing of Mr Frank. I met him while I was working at Bryn Mawr. He was such a special soul. Gave me a big hug every time I saw him. I´m gonna miss those hugs and chit chats. He will truly be missed. I´m glad I saved the voicemail he left me so I have his voice. Condolences to all of his family.

Dear Felicia and Family~
Your Dad, Pop-Pop, and Great Pop-Pop was a rare treasure. He was always committed to kindness, compassion, and service. I have a cell phone full of the kindest notes, always written from his heart, about your family or the joyful arrival a new grandchild or great-grandchild. Frank never forgot any special occasion, and acknowledged all accomplishments of my children despite the fact that they met him just a handful of times. He spoke with pride always about you and your family. I could count on a Happy Mother´s Day or Happy 4th of July text on my phone the day prior to every special occasion. He was a master at "images" for every holiday, and I marveled not only at his finesse with texting, but his ability to find and attach the perfect sweet picture to commemorate special days throughout the year. I will miss his "check-ins" and his birthday cards-never sent without a hand-written and thoughtful message. This world has lost an unsung hero. Although they met less him just a few times over several years, when my children heard of your Dad´s passing, they were all heartbroken. It is rare to find such a selfless and service-focused person. The last time I saw your Dad, he was delivering papers at Bryn Mawr Hospital, and it is a fitting final memory of a beautiful human. Your hearts , I am certain, are broken. I hope that you all find some comfort in knowing that your Dad´s legacy-your family-were his greatest treasure. I will hold each of you in my heart. ~Diane Fitzgerald

To the Quinn family,
Mr. Quinn, was a kind man. He and I never met in person but had many phone conversations over the years. I told him, I would visit him but when I did, the neighbor told me he was ill. I am sorry I never met him in person.
May his memory be a blessing to you all.
Take care

Frank was an inspiring example of devotion to his duty to both his faith and community. My wife and I were most privileged to know him over the last 23 years of attendance at the 730 am Mass. Chris & Lann W

I recall Frank began coming to the daily 6:30 Mass in the OMGC chapel after his retirement, he sat next the Big Jack, and took over "opening-up" once Jack stepped aide. Small group back then. Frank went on to become the "background" go-to guy at OMGC from then on ... Peace!

Mr. Frank will be truly missed by his friends at Bryn Mawr Trust. He was dedicated to visit us every Tuesday after he finished volunteering at Bryn Mawr Hospital and then after. Very kind and sweet. I loved helping him to take his groceries in to his home.
