Carter, Jr.; also survived by 7 grandchildren and his brother William. Memorial service Fri. Jan. 17, 11 A.M. at St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Lafayette Hill. Int. private. My deepest sympathy on the passing of Frank. We spent many happy years as neighbors on Warner Rd. I have many memories of Frank playing ball with the kids in the street. My prayers are with you at this time.
