Husband of Sandra (nee Barsky), loving father of Nina Cohen (Karl Lane), Marc Cohen (Sara), Bryan Cohen (Ilene), Mindi Cohen (Paul Zeitz) and Justine Lee (Jay), proud Zadye of grandchildren Adam, Aaron, Mindy (Richard), Tonni, Eli, Denny, Danielle, Jillian, Maxwell, Jakob, Cletus, Lian, Yonah, Emet, Uriel, Jess, Jan and Amber, and great -grandson Adir, brother of Jules Cohen (Carol). Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services Fri. 12 Noon precisely GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS, 6410 N. Broad St. Int. Mt. Sharon Cem. Family will return to his late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Gift of Life Donor Program, 401 N. 3rd St., Phila., PA 19123.

Sandy, I am so sorry I missed the funeral. I got the information too late. Jerry was a special person and we had the benefit of knowing him way beyond the time we thought we would lose him. May his memory be a blessing to you and your family.
