GILBERT J. Sr. "Gil" on December 7, 2006 of West Chester, formerly of Havertown. Beloved husband of 62 years of Christine (nee Marino). Loving father of Lorraine A. McDermott (Edward S.), Gilbert J. Jr. (Lisa), Rosemary A. Christie (John W.), John M. (Dolly) and Laurence A., adoring grandfather of Christa McDermott, Michael, Stephen and Robert Christie, John Jr. and Nicole Pagnoni, devoted brother of Louis (Gemma), Jennie Malandra (Sam) and the late Clara Ford (Joseph); also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Monday eve 7-9 P.M. and on Tuesday morning from 9-10 A.M. at THE ROBERT L. D'ANJOLELL MEMORIAL HOME OF BROOMALL, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall PA. Funeral Mass 11 A.M. SS. Peter and Paul Church-East Goshen. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cem. Donations encouraged: Re-Entry Fund/Prison Ministry Program of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, 7340 Jackson St., Phila., PA 19136. This fund assists former prisoners and their families with basic needs.

If anyone is in heaven it surely is Uncle Gil. There is no doubt that he is smiling, like he always did here on earth. He was a wonderful person and we will miss him greatly. Our deepest sympathy to Aunt Christine and the Pagnoni family. You are in our prayers. We love you.
