Age 85, on July 21, 2017. Devoted mother of Mima Sarnese, Angela, Ron and Richard Rizzi, Stella Carbonara (Jerry Joniec) and Toni (Giancarlo) DeCotiis. Loving Nonni of 13 grand-children and 12 great-grand-children. Dear sister of Rosa Catauro and the late Remo and Luigi Sammarone. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing and Funeral Thurs. morn. 9 to 10:45 A.M., Funeral Mass 11 A.M. at St Richard's Church, 18th and Pollock sts. Phila., PA 19145. Int. SS Peter and Paul Cem. In lieu of flowers, family requests donations to St. Richard's Church in Gina's memory

Toni and your entire family, how blessed you all were to have this amazing woman to love and nurture you all of her long life! We know where she is right now...where she longed to be, with Jesus. To my Dear Cousins.
So sorry for your loss. I know this has been a difficult year for you all. Our hearts ache for you. I only had a few opportunities to meet your Mom but I could see she was a fun loving genuine soul. I hope you find comfort in your wonderful memories of her. Missing you all very much.

Toni and Rizzi family. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember your mom growing up. She always had a smile on her face. She was so nice to me, when I was in high school I remember her driving me and Toni to school every morning with her infectious laugh. It's a loss to us on earth but heaven gained a true angel.
