Trisha Jones
December 22, 2004
Hi family this is Trisha, Deacon Kennedy's daughter, Rev. Harris has been knowing me since I was a little girl. He was alway such a kind man. When I told him about my dad not being able to walk, he called him all the way in Florida. My dad was so very happy to here from him, it lifted an old man's spirit. What I remember most about Rev. Harris was his love for the Lord and his one foot shout. ha ha ha ha. He praised God with every thing he had. another fond memory was just a few months ago they had called my choir to sing at Oak Grove and the choir was standing there waiting for me to come from the back because I was ushering I heard Rev. Harris's voice say come on Trish. In front of the entire congreagation He was the only person that could do that and get away with it with a smile. He alway be a person that I will remember. I do apologize I was not able to get to the funeral, but know that all of you are in my prayers. this is sumitted from me and my daddy
