JACOB "JAKE", Jan. 17, 2015, of Waterford, NJ. Son of Daniel Weitzman and Toby Weitzman. Brother of Michael Weitzman and Steven Weitzman. Nephew of Susan Weiner and Rosalyn Steiner. Cousin of David, Matthew and the late Joel Weiner. Dear friend of Sheldon Kauffman. Relatives and friends are invited Mon. beginning 10:15 A.M. to PLATT MEMORIAL CHAPELS INC., 2001 Berlin Rd., Cherry Hill NJ. where Funeral Services will begin promptly at 11 A.M. Int. Crescent Mem. Park, Pennsauken, NJ. Shiva will be observed at the home of Toby Weitzman. Contributions may be made to the Silvio O. Conte Center for Schizophrenic Research, 600 N. Wolfe St., Meyer 3-166, Baltimore, MD 21287.
