Hi Kathleen,

Sorry to read of Jim's passing. He and I were kids together in Old Mount Airy and grads of Holy Cross School. Jim was always full of life and truly a kind gentleman.

My deceased wife, Dee Frain McDermott passed away four years ago and also is sadly missed. We had been married for 52 wonderful years. I recall that you had told me that Dee and you were childhood friends.

I remain in our Seashore home located just off the back bay of Ocean City. My deepest sympathy is extended to you and your family.
