KEASHON
JAMES E., October 16, 2010. Beloved husband of 60 years to Margaret Mary (nee Glendon), devoted father of Gerard (Maria), Kevin, Maureen Dwyer (John), Monica Mutter (John) and the late Francis Xavier; also survived by nine grandchildren two great grand-children. James taught for over 35 years at Fr. Judge High School for Boys. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Thursday Eve. 7 - 9 P.M. BURNS FUNERAL HOME, 9708 Frankford Ave. (So. of Grant Ave.) and also to his Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 A.M. St. Martha Church, Academy and Comly Rds. Phila. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions to Fr. Judge High School Scholarship Fund, 3301 Solly Ave., Phila, PA 19136 or to the Alzheimer's Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Phila., PA 19106 in his memory would be appreciated.

I was very saddened to learn of the death of Mr. James Keashon. He was a great teacher and a wonderful person. My prayers go out to the members of his family.

Mr. Keashon was one of my favorite teachers at Fr. Judge. He would laughingly refer to liberals and how they were always " concerned " . He was funny and happy . I enjoyed his company. He was a fine man and a great teacher.
