To the Keller Family. My deepest sympathy and prayers go out to you. Jim was like a second son to me when he and my son Andrew would be together. The two of them could surely come up with some stories and get into some mischief. My biggest surprise was seeing Jim as a police officer and actually having a few cases with him while on the job. He will surely be missed

My deepest sympathies are with the Keller family.
I have nothing but fond memories of playing over your house with Jimmy when we were younger.
Jimmy was a true "force of nature" while at Ascension. He made his presence known, but never to the determent of his classmates and teachers. Looking back... his innate confidence in himself will always be something I admire.
Jimmy will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am very saddened by the loss of Jimmy, we were classmates at Ascension and he was such a funny young man when we were in school. Jimmy also turned into a very nice man and his loss has affected many. Many prayers to the whole Keller family, may you find peace and solace in knowing that Jimmy is now out of pain and with GOD. Bless you all.
Jim and I became friends and fishing buddies as a result of our good times in the 23rd. I am very sorry for your loss.

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal. The members of our CopNET family would like to thank Detective James C. Keller for his dedication and service to the citizens of Philadelphia. The passing of Jim will be broadcast to our 3055 members shortly and we would like to extend our sincere condolences to his family. His absence from our ranks will be deeply missed by the remaining members of Philadelphia’s Finest who were fortunate to have served with him during his police career. He will continue in our thoughts and prayers during our remaining days. "Until we meet again, may God Hold you in the palm of his hand. " . . .
Semper Fidelis.
