JANET (nee Richetti), Feb. 28, 2012. Devoted wife of Peter of 42 years. Beloved mother of Michael, Janet, Mark and Deborah. Loving sister of Phyllis Sestito, Rosalie Calafatty, Susan Pungitore, Domenic, Joseph, James, Frankie, Nancy Guinto and the late Marylou Richetti. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Viewing Sunday Eve 7 to 9 P.M. and Monday 8:30 to 9:30 A.M. from BALDI FUNERAL HOME, 1331 S. Broad St. (ample parking on premises). Funeral Mass will follow Viewing Monday 10 A.M. St. Mary Magdalen De Pazzi Church, 8th and Montrose Sts. Int. SS. Peter and Paul Cem.

Hi gagoots, I'm just siting here having sha la la.. I know you are here in spirit but I'm selfish cause I wish you were here. I miss you so much:-(. Thinking of you always mommy. Still can't believe your gone. I always say I have to call my mom and tell her what Robert just said she'll crack up laughing...then it hits me again, each time harder than the time before. The movie plays over and over again...but every night in the bath Robert makes me sing 3 songs to him, ones that you would sing to me and the other kids..and always asks why you would call him grandma when after all you were grandmom! and he wants to know what "shin-da-la means and "shibba da dibba da...I just smile and say only grandmom knows!! I love you mom forever and a day and a half...and don't you ever forget it.

I Miss you so much grandmom I remember you would always light candles for all your friends lost ones even if you had no idea who they where but I never thought I would be lighting a candle for you. I love you so much I said it I meant it an I'm here to represent it <3

I miss you so much grandmom, everyday just gets harder I keep trying to hold it in I still can't believe your gone it was way to soon I just wanna make you one more cup of coffee... I wish I could be as strong as you where. You always told me I was your angel an god gave you me to help you but now your my guardian angel an I hope your watching over me its a little easier thinking your still with me some how. You are the strongest, most caring, loving woman I'll ever know you where one of a kind. I wish i would have done more for you without putting up a fight but it was so hard to watch you suffer. I remember one day you thought you where falling an I was holding you up an I said "lean on me! I got you" an in tears all frantic you chuckled an said "that was cute like the song" an you started singing the song. You where so sick but still always so full of life. "I will never let you fall I'll stand up with you forever I'll be there or you through it all" I wish you knew how hard I tired to hold you up an be there when you needed me an I hope you left knowing I loved you more then I might have showed you. I miss you is an understatement rest well you deserve it after everything you went threw i love You so Much <3<3<3<3 An yes i cried at your funeral an I cry every night as if I was still there :/

Mom every second of everyday I think of you. It could be something funny,crazy,happy or sad. I miss you more than I could ever imagine missing anything. I still can't believe your gone. White butterflies have been following me everywhere. I know in my heart its you. Thank you for everything & for just being you. I'm so lucky to have had you as my mom & now I have you as my angel. I am lighting this candle today for you mom. It is one month today since you left us. My heart is aching so bad. I miss you so much. I think about when you use to joke around with me & say "would u miss me if I died" or "would u cry". I f you only knew how many tears I cry & how much I miss u....more & more every day. To the Richetti/Pepe Family,
I first met Janet on the phone, when my husband Frank called her to introduce us. We had a great conversation and I couldn't wait to meet her. Once you knew Janet, she was forever in your heart. Witnessing her brave fight during her illness was inspiring to say the least. Time heals all - you will remain in our hearts forever.

I am so sorry for your loss! I got to know your mom through my conversations that Michael initiated to get to know her, Michael & your family! She always called me her angel as my voice soothed her & she felt better after talking to me! Truth was she was my angel! She was kind, funny & sweet! I got to know my Michael, your family & her through out conversations! My one regret was not getting to hug her & be with her in person! I promised her I would take care of Michael & get to know and take care of the family too! I plan on keeping that promise! She brought happiness to my life through those calls! She truly will be missed not only by me but all that knew her! What an amazing lady! May you rest in peace angel! Thank you for trusting me with your son!!

Mom...Remember when we would watch movies and when the bad guys used to get killed in the end you would laugh at them....you had a funny sense of humor that I inherited.I wake up every morning and forget your not here anymore.I love you mommy and I miss you terribly...its been only a few days and I still have the rest of my life to go before I will see you again.

Just when we thought we grew up . You still remembered the gloves I made for you when you were 6 years old . I will never forget that day around Christmas. You always had so much fun going to Lit Brothers To watch the moving manequins and the Old city Merchant stores with all thier wares.
I wish I could have made you a hat that would have healed you. Love your brother Frank.
